This is a 1/25th scale pro built 1973 Oldsmobile 442. I started with a Johan Cutlass promo as a starting basis. The hood was altered to accept the 442 louvers. All the stripes were made from scratch. The chassis is done using a AMT Olds kit cut to fit and adding the 455 engine. Tires are Goodyear white letter GT from Scale Equipment LTD. They also supplied the special sport steering wheel and correct dual mirrors. It has the Hurst shifter also. The 455 is fully detailed, including air conditioning. I airbrushed the car in the factory color Cranberry Red. The correct Olds color coded wheels were added. Many of my builds are one of a kind, as is this one. This model was never manufactured as a kit or a promo, or even a resin kit. Very rare collectible car. Check out my other rare one of a kind 70's era Oldsmobiles.
