| Here is an old Johan 1962 Plymouth Fury convertible. Johan tooled some really nice stuff even back in 1962. Not really a lot of extra detail engine wise, but sufficient. The kit actually has all the right body and interior details to make this a good example of the car. I airbrushed this in the factory color of Sun Glo. I Bare Metal foiled it inside and out in the correct places. When building this car I kept having visions of Leave it to Beaver. Ward never had a convertible, but he did have a 62 Fury at one time. I was never fond of this body style till I built this, and found it to be a very pleasing car in the convertible form. take a close look at this by enlarging, or supersizing the pictures and you will find details that you may never realized when first building this kit as a kid, if you are old enough to have had the 1.39 to purchase this at your local dime store.
